Change is an inevitable part of life… We change every single day. Life just can’t happen without it… Your body and mind constantly going through change and that’s what makes life possible.

Today you are not the same person you were yesterday. If you continue to fight and resist change, your life can only lead you to struggles and disappointment.

Stop fighting change… learn to appreciate it! Without change, life is not possible!

Step out of your comfort zone

Who wants a dull and boring life?  No one, of course.

What is stopping you from making changes in your life?

In order to break free and see the change, you must step out of the comfort zone. Staying in the comfort zone created just that, a life of disappointment and regrets.

Fear of unknown doesn’t have to prevent you from living your dreams.  You are in control and you are the only one who can overcome this fear. Act in spite of fears, choose to make a step forward when you know its time do so.

The fear will always be trying to come up with lies and stories… Like, “Why you should not make a move and how stupid you might look in front of the others” or “How your friends will reject you because you are not smart enough”. Sounds familiar?

Change is uncomfortable and sometimes even painful. In order to become the best version of you, you must be pushing forward. Do not allow fearful thoughts to stop you from making a change in your life!

Creating new habits 

If you pay close attention you will soon realize that your daily life consists of habits. Take an inventory of your daily habits… Are they making you strong and powerful or do they make you feel guilty and shameful at the end of the day?

To change any habit,  first, you must become aware of the habit. Accept the responsibility of the past choices you made and promise yourself to adopt the new ones.

Do you hold on to some old habits that no longer serve you in your life?  Identify what is holding you back and start adopting a new habit.

Changing any habit takes time, be patient and be kind to yourself.

Stop blaming and move on


Blaming circumstances or others for your misfortunes is not how you will achieve freedom and joy in life. Buying into this “blame game” is a recipe for disaster.

Don’t expect positive change in your life while you in the blaming mode! Accept responsibility for All circumstances in your life. Even if you can’t see “how you might have been responsible” for some of the events in your life.

You can blame and stay stuck in the rut or you can learn and move on!

Forgive yourself and others

Forgive… and you will be set free.

Holding on to the old grudges can only create suffering and pain in your life. When you forgive,  you finally, release all the pain that was locked inside of you for decades.

Love is forgiving! It’s hard to love those, who did us wrong… Forgiving is an opportunity to practice unconditional love. Set yourself free from blame and hate, forgive yourself and others.

Forgiving is not to be in agreement with wrongdoing but choosing to love someone who made a bad choice. 

Life is full of choices and you choose every second of the day.

Choose to step out of your comfort zone, start creating new habits, stop the blame game, and forgive yourself and others.

How Gratitude can Lead to an Extraordinary Life?


Today… is not, just another day! Today is a new day… This day, filled with new opportunities, ideas, and growth. Treat every day as a fresh start and you will find hidden treasures in your day to be grateful for.

Practicing gratitude every single day is a practice that can potentially turn your life around.

In this article, you will find helpful and easy gratitude practices and exercises I use in my day. Adopting a few new daily habits can help us find gratitude and appreciation for little things, in everyday life.

Choose to be grateful – Every Day…

The good news is, you don’t have to wait a long time to see the positive effects when you just starting out practicing gratitude in your life.

You can start today, even right now, incorporate some of the practices in your day! The key – is to be grateful every day. This is not a “one-time trick” to get you out of your misery… To live life in greatness is a lifetime commitment!

Be Greatness…

That’s right, being grateful is a choice! It’s a choice you can be making every single day. The moment you wake up, you are making a choice. You can choose to bring your past-day memories into this day, or you can choose to make this day an extraordinary day!

Greatness can be acquired, just like any other habit you obtained. After all, if you learned how to be unappreciative, negligent, and careless …, you can learn greatness and appreciation as well.

Practice  Gratitude Exercises

Create your own version of these gratitude exercises. Explore and be amazed, at how your life transforms almost like magic, one moment at the time.



Exercise #1
Morning exercise

Who sets your mood? You…

You choose to bring or not to bring, yesterday’s problems and worries into the day.  Make an effort and pay close attention to how you start your day.

Before you even get up, find something, no matter how small or big it may be, and be grateful for it. Feel the feelings of joy for as long as you can. Make it a daily practice.

Exercise #2 
Be Intentional – Look for Extraordinary in Everything

Develop a daily practice – intentionally look for things to be grateful for.

Do your best to see extraordinary in everything.  Take pictures with your phone of things, that make you smile or maybe even laugh.  The more you practice finding extraordinary in others, the more extraordinary your life becomes.

Throughout the day admire and enjoy, or maybe even share your pictures with a friend. And don’t over think this, this doesn’t have to be a piece of art, it’s whatever makes your heart smile.

After a while, you will be astonished by how many weird, funny, loving, crazy, moments going on around you. To catch these moments,  pay close attention to your surroundings…to be present.

Exercise #3.
Gratitude journal – write and get inspired

Some might find it silly to start making lists of gratitude. But they are a powerful tool that will help you get started. If you are not sure what to be grateful for, here are some examples…. Get Inspired!

Be Grateful for the small and free pleasures of life:

  • Morning cup of coffee
  • A Sunrise
  • A relaxing walk in the woods
  • The sun warming your face
  • Your ability to read this

 Stop worrying about others opinion

While you adopting your new gratitude habits, don’t get discouraged by disappointing comments of others.

To see a positive change in your life worrying about what others think about you, must go out of the window! Otherwise, their opinions will always be preventing you, from becoming the best possible version of you.

Adopting a new habit of gratitude, not as hard as it may seem, it’s easily achievable with some practice and patients.

If you are not grateful for what you already have in your life now… What makes you think, you will be grateful when “you have it all”?

How To Change My Life for The Better?

Just like nature is constantly changing our lives require change, howeverso many people find this idea frightening.

We are creatures of habit, but some find it very difficult to get used to change that comes our way. Life reminds me of an old, comfortable pair of shoes.

When it’s time to make any changes we realize that changing could cause us discomfort for a short while until we “break them in”. 

In this article, you will find some tips and ideas to help you change your life for the better despite the obstacles on the way.



Just look at nature and it should give you clues to the ways change might be effortless. The beautifully colored autumn leaves tend not to hang on to the thee for dear life.

No, they yield into the change with ease and float gently off of the tree.

Clear your mind from unhealthy habits and thoughts

Are there things in your life that should be gently eased from out of your life? Maybe there are unhealthy relationships, habits or thought that must be removed.  Don’t be afraid to do a little spring cleaning in your own life. 

Every gardener knows that unless all roots removed, we truly aren’t removing the problem. What are you holding on to that needs your attention right now?

Maintain clean and Weeds – Free mind

The weeds in our mind, of course, are negative thoughts that like to creep in and keep us from achieving the type of life we are striving for.

Even though when harvest time is ready, the gardener does not stop weeding the garden. Right? Then why you let your mind drown in the weeds of negativity and regrets? Your mind needs constant attention in order to flourish and feel alive.

Change your thinking – Change your life

How can we change the inner attitudes of our mind?

By changing the way we think. We must put fear and negativity behind us. The fear is so crippling to so many of us. We fear things that never happened to us and probably never will. Just think about this for a moment, it’s almost absurd!

If you refuse to understand this and live in constant fear, you will live a fearful life! Period.

To free yourself of fear and anxiety is to realize that fear is not real, it’s only a thought, you just happened to be so attached to, at this particular moment. 

Learn how to manage the fear

As soon as you realize that you are in control, it’s a lot easier to manage the fear and anxiety. Learn and practice how to observe the fear and just let it flow away in the air, just like the autumn leaves leaving the trees.

  • Observe your fear without attaching to it or judging it
  • See it for what it is – just a thought
  • Now bring your attention fully into the now moment
  • Observe the present moment – remind yourself that you just have a bad habit of worrying but you are learning to change that
  • Create new habitschange your state of mind by listening to positive inspirational material, exercise, cook, dance, sing, play instrument, etc. Just do whatever brings you joy, to break the pattern.

Explore and try New things

If you stuck and not sure how to create a new habit – explore. This is your time to find out what you love! Start compiling a list of all the things that you thought might be interesting for you to learn about or something you always wanted to try.   

Just let your creative mind flow, experiment and try new things. The change doesn’t have to be always painful,  you just have to utilize the tools. Old believes and outdated patterns (that no longer serve you), need to be replaced with a new practical habit or you will never leave the worry habit alone.  

Choose this today to be the starting point for you to get rid of the fear gradually and forever. Remember just like any bad habit, it takes time to unlearn it. Be patient with yourself and kind.

Don’t get frustrated, if you take yourself out of fear, and a few moments later get sucked back into the “dark” again. Keep practicing your new habits and you will be amazed at how quickly you will regain your power back.  

Promise yourself and commit to being in control, by paying attention to your feelings at all times. 

Just like autumn leaves fall to make way for a new life, change is inevitable for us. Then why fight it? Don’t be afraid of change, learn how to flow with life!
