Practicing gratitude every single day is a practice that can potentially turn your life around.

In this article, you will find helpful and easy gratitude practices and exercises I use in my day.

Adopting a few new daily habits can help us find gratitude and appreciation for little things, in everyday life.

Being Grateful for What You Have – Every Day

The good news is, you don’t have to wait a long time to see the positive effects when you just starting out practicing gratitude in your life.

You can start today, even right now, incorporate some of the practices in your day!

The key – is to be grateful every day for what you already have.

Gratitude practice is not a “one-time trick” to get you out of your misery…

To live life in greatness is a lifetime commitment!

Choose Greatness…

That’s right, being grateful is a choice! It’s a choice you can be making every single day. The moment you wake up, you are making a choice.

You can choose to bring your past-day memories into this day, or you can choose to make this day an extraordinary day!

Greatness can be acquired, just like any other habit you obtained. After all, if you learned how to be unappreciative, negligent, and careless …, you can learn greatness and appreciation as well.

You choose to bring or not to bring, yesterday’s problems and worries into the day.  Make an effort and pay close attention to how you start your day.

Before you even get up, find something, no matter how small or big it may be, and be grateful for it. Feel the feelings of joy for as long as you can and make it a daily practice.

look for extraordinary in everything

Develop a daily practice – intentionally look for things to be grateful for.

Do your best to see extraordinary in everything.

Take pictures with your phone of things, that make you smile or maybe even laugh.  The more you practice finding extraordinary in others, the more extraordinary your life becomes.

Throughout the day admire and enjoy, or maybe even share your pictures with a friend. And don’t over think this, this doesn’t have to be a piece of art, it’s whatever makes your heart smile.

After a while, you will be astonished by how many weird, funny, loving, crazy, moments going on around you. To catch these moments,  pay close attention to your surroundings…to be present.

4 Ways to Travel and Work at the Same Time

Did you know that you can travel the world and earn money at the same time? With the advancements in technology and extensive use of the internet, you can work from anywhere you want. Traveling can get a bit expensive since you need to pay for flights, gas, accommodation, food, and phone bills – as well as any commitments, such as the mortgage or rent, back home.

4 ways to travel and work at the same time

Therefore, it’s important to find ways in which you can travel and work at the same time. Below are four tips to help you work out how you can travel and still earn money:

1. Photography

Most travelers take photos and write diaries about almost everything they experience while traveling. You can easily turn your photography skills into a full-time income if you have a high-quality camera and if you are talented or skilled at taking cool snaps. Before going on your trip, do some research to find out if there are any companies that need stock images from the location you are about to visit. You can also sell the photos to tourism websites and book or magazine publishers who may be interested in your work.

2. Video blogging

If you have an interest in nature and love being in front of the camera, why not start video blogging? If you post these videos on YouTube, your website or other social media sites, most people are likely to love what they’ll see. You will then get a lot of views within a short time and start earning while touring new places and doing what you absolutely love.

3. Teach English Abroad

Although most teachers work close to where they live, there are others who enjoy traveling to go and teach students from different countries. This ensures they visit different nations and not only enjoy themselves but also earn by teaching students in those countries. For instance, there are many vacancies for English teachers in India and East Asian countries.

4. Become a tour guide

Lastly, you can also earn if you become a tour guide and take people to places they have not yet visited. Providing useful and entertaining information to those who are looking for it and get compensated for it!

Be of service to others and get compensated… Who won’t love these concepts?

Be creative and use your imagination, there are tons of ideas on how you can support your dreams by providing your amazing skills or services to others!

You can read and do nothing or you can get inspired and start creating your dream life.

Choose… to always live your dream!
